Kris discovered the field of Energy Psychology in 2005 and completed the EFT –Advanced certification in 2007. She has now incorporated EFT into her private practice and corporate consulting work.

“Working with Kris Roush has been one of the most positive experiences of my life.  Because she is so compassionate and empathic, working with her is immediately deep and meaningful.  Already a skillful therapist with many years’ experience, she also brings a strong intuition into her work as an Energy Practitioner.  As such, she facilitates powerful transformation through “tapping,” enhancing a client’s progress, sometimes in astounding ways.  I especially appreciate Kris’ range of skills and styles, her knowledge and wisdom, and her caring and supportive personality.”

"My name is Martha; I am 25 years old.  I used to be a firm believer that counseling was for the weak, and that people should be strong enough to deal with their own issues.  I felt that listening to someone repeat back to me what I had just said was a waste of time, not to mention having someone ask me, “And how does that make you feel?” was one of the most annoying responses I had ever heard.  I figured that if I was paying someone to help and listen, they should figure that it made me feel “not so great” considering I am in their office for a reason.  When I met Kris, she was the complete opposite of what I expected.  In fact, she told me how it was with no sugar coating.  I needed this – someone to be completely honest with me, not wasting time by repeating what I said.  Kris is the real thing.  When you are ready to speak to someone to make a change and not waste time in doing so, she is the perfect Life Coach."
